THE WORKSHOPS
Girls Are Leading.
Every workshop is different because every community is different. What stays the same is the model: girls learn, girls lead, boys follow.
Over two weeks, students learn photography as both a technical skill and a tool for self-expression. Each assignment pairs hands-on instruction with an open conversation about gender equity in their own community. Girls develop a voice and the confidence to use it.
Every intensive ends with a public gallery show where students present their work to their families and community. The moment a girl stands in front of her photo and owns it is one of the most powerful things we witness. All cameras, equipment, and curriculum stay with the local partner after we leave. So the program lives on, community-owned and locally led.
