We Picture Equality
We believe girls are innate leaders. And we build the conditions for everyone—girls, boys, and communities—to see it too.
We do that through photography. We teach it to girls, who then teach it to boys. Boys learn from girls. Girls step into their power. Communities witness girls lead. And the script that keeps gender inequality in place flips.
Real change doesn’t happen by working with girls alone. It requires boys to witness and accept girls as leaders. That’s what we make happen.
